This is the place where we provide commercial support to our clients. If you are a commercial client of SilverStripe and want to send us a support request, you can register an account.  You can submit support tickets via this website, or if you prefer you can email helpdesk@silverstripe.com.

Regular support is provided during New Zealand business hours. Outside of business hours, our servers are regularly checked by a 3rd party monitoring system, and if there is an outage, our developers are sent a text message for them to investigate.
